THE DOG IN THE WALL - How I found my weiner dog! My black and tan dachshund, Lilly disappeared on November 28, 2008. It was cold and snowy and we could not find her. We put up posters and put flyers in the the neighbor's paperboxes, talked to dog walkers, SPCA, vets, Sherrif's office...no one had seen a little black dog anywhere! Last night, November 30th, my daughter heard a "bark" in the wall of the laundry room! I called 911 and the A Shift of the Zionsville Fire Department came and figured out she had fallen into a hole in the Attic ...where I was getting out the Christmas decorations...and had fallen two floors to the basement ..through the cold air return duct. They rescued her!! She is fine...but look at the slideshow! The ER Vet examined her and she is GREAT! What a wonderful Christmas present!
